Already implemented in v0.28.0.

Both BillsPage and TrackerPage have full search and filter functionality:

BillsPage search + filters:

  • Search by name, category, notes, or amount
  • Category dropdown, Billing cycle dropdown
  • Filter chips: Autopay, 1st bucket, 15th bucket, Debt, Inactive

TrackerPage search + filters:

  • Search by bill, category, notes, or amount
  • Category dropdown, Billing cycle dropdown
  • Filter chips: Unpaid, Overdue, Autopay, 1st bucket, 15th bucket, Debt

Not yet implemented: Ctrl+K command palette (noted as future enhancement, not core scope)
