Column labels on the Tracker/bills view are too small. The bills in rows use bold font, so making the column labels bold would create a visual conflict. Instead, increase the font size of column labels to be larger than the row content, while keeping them non-bold.

Current: Column labels are small and hard to distinguish from row content
Expected: Column labels in larger font, non-bold, clearly distinct from bold bill rows
