Bill list/reorder/history-visibility page typed: Bill[] from useBills, BillFilters/DisplayPrefs/ModalState/HistoryRange local types, drag + move-controls typed via DragProps/MoveControls, makeBillDraft(...) as Partial<Bill> at the modal call sites, setQueryData<Bill[]> for optimistic list edits, errMessage(unknown) for strict catches.
