fix(settings): Manage-subscription deep link used namespace, not applicationId
ExternalLinks.MANAGE_SUBSCRIPTION pointed Play's subscription manager at package=app.closer (the code namespace); the Play package is the applicationId closer.app. In production the Manage button would miss the app's subscription entry. Invisible to all QA so far because no real subscription has ever existed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
