Steps

Trigger the snapshot job manually
Confirm row in DB: SELECT * FROM claude_usage_snapshots;
Call GET /api/v1/claude-code/usage/history?range=7d and verify JSON
Open the dashboard — chart should render with at least one data point
Verify range selector works
