Problem

The Home page Trust Signals section displays Certification #25432 for the 8x8 partnership. This number does not appear on the original queuenorth.com site and appears to be a fabricated placeholder.

Displaying an unverified certification number could be misleading and potentially fraudulent if not accurate.

Decision needed

If this is a real 8x8 certification number, verify it and keep it
If it is a placeholder, remove it until the real number can be confirmed

Fix

Either replace with the real certification number or remove the line entirely.
