Severity: P1 — High

Problem: A placeholder SVG logo was created because the original logo was missing from the project.

Fix applied:

  1. Replaced public/logo.svg with the real Queue North logo from assets/logo.svg (353KB original SVG)
  2. All references (Header, MobileNav, Footer, favicon) now point to /logo.svg which resolves correctly
  3. Verified: curl http://localhost:3001/logo.svg returns 200
