Current state:

Zoho forwarding layer already built (Phase 4)
Fire-and-forget: Contact/Support form submissions forwarded to Zoho CRM Leads
OAuth2 token management implemented
ZOHO_ENABLED=false by default — forms work fine without Zoho

Phase goal:

Enable production-ready Zoho CRM integration with correct field mapping, token management, case forwarding, duplicate handling, and documentation.
