Commit and deploy the SEO improvements from Neo (batch 0.6.5) and the Zoho setup doc fixes.

Changes to commit

react-helmet-async added, HelmetProvider in main.jsx
Per-page Helmet components (title, meta, OG tags) on all 8 pages
JSON-LD structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service)
public/sitemap.xml + public/robots.txt
Heading hierarchy fixes (no h1 to h3 skips)
Image alt text improvements
docs/zoho-setup.md clarified ZOHO_ENABLED/ZOHO_CASES_ENABLED default to false, removed agent-internal references

Acceptance

npm run build passes
Git commit + push to dev
Docker rebuild + test
